Prior to getting his certification in Search Engine Optimization from the University of Southern Mississippi devroMEDIA.com founder Doug Burt interned for Nelson, BC web company "KootenayWebWeaver". He gained invaluable experience in search engine optimization working with SEO Leica Nelson. During this training he optimized the Kiwi Vine Guest House of Nelson, BC's website, a local guest house.
Following his efforts, the web site picked up many more hits than it had been receiving previously (due to an uncaring web designer's mistakes and inadvertent removal of all site SEO).
