Following his training in basic web design and XHTML, our founder decided to learn about the rapidly emerging market of search engine optimization or SEO.

In order to do so, Doug interned for the small Nelson, BC web design company "KootenayWebWeaver" under the tutelage of Leica Nelson.

To summarize, Doug of devroMEDIA really impressed me with his ability, dedication and outlook.

He completed the assignments with ease and wanted to be tried or pushed even harder. I eventually gave him the task of restructuring and rebuilding a simple site (this one - Nelson District and Riding Club) for me where he would have to add components into the structure, remove some and then design some new ones to replace the ones removed, all within the clients requirements. He handily completed this as well and you can view the results here.
